What is the delivery cost?

The delivery price depends on the weight of the entire order and the country of delivery. After adding products to the cart and entering the address in the next step, you can view the delivery cost. For larger orders, there is the possibility of shipments on pallets and individual quotation of the delivery price. In such cases, please send your inquiry to the address [email protected] giving the type and quantity of products and the delivery address.

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

Order processing and preparing for shipping takes up to 3 business days. The time of delivery depends on the country of delivery.

PAYMENTS

How do I pay for my order?

Payment for the order can be made by electronic payment or a standard bank transfer. The following payment methods are available:

  • PayPal payments
  • Credit / debit card (as part of the Paypal service)
  • Traditional bank transfer for data:

After choosing electronic payments, I was not redirected to the bank's website / an error occurred. What to do?

If the error occurred while making the payment, you can place the order one more time or make a payment by traditional bank transfer by entering the order number in the title.

Is it possible to order with payment "cash on delivery"?

There is no possibilty to pay by COD (cash on delivery). The prepayment is required to place an order.

Do I have to create an account on the website to place an order?

No, creating an account is not required.

How can I create an account in Printing4Europe online shop?

In order to create an account and register in the store, click on the "Register" button in the upper right corner of the page, then complete the registration form, accept the terms and conditions and click "Create an account". A verification link will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the form. To confirm the registration and activate the customer account, click on the link sent by email.

What are the benefits of creating up an account in online shop?

By registering in the store you can shop faster, save delivery addresses, track order statuses, keep your order history, etc.

What to do if I don't remember my password?

If you registered in the store and do not remember your password, please go to the login ("Log in" in the upper right corner of the page), then click "Forgot my password", in the next screen enter the email address that you used to create the account and then "Reset my password". A message will be sent to the e-mail address with a link to reset the password - it will be possible to enter a new one.

What do I have to do to place an order?

In order for the order to be accepted for production, add the products to the basket, provide the delivery data, confirm the order and pay for it, and send files with print graphics prepared on the template according to the specification (for the orders that need to be printed).

Where can I check what's happening with my order?

The basic information about the order is the status of the order, which is visible after logging into the account. After changing the order status, you will receive e-mail information each time, regardless of whether you have registered in the store or not.

How to send a print file?

Graphics should be prepared on a template (available for download on the card of each product) and in accordance to the specification. The print file can be attached when placing the order - before adding the product to the cart or sent to [email protected]. If you send files to the indicated e-mail address, please add the order numer in the subject and describe exactly which file is for which product and in what quantities.

What if I want to order one type of product in a larger quantity but with a few different print graphics?

In this case, please order the required quantity of the product and send the files with graphics to the address [email protected], precisely describing the quantities that should be printed for each file.

Is it enough to describe what the graphics should look like?

No, we do not prepare graphics. In order for us to fulfill your order, you must provide us with print files prepared in accordance with the specification.

Can I change or cancel my order?

The order can be modified or canceled if it has not been accepted for production yet. In such cases, each time please contact Customer Service to determine the possibility of modification or cancellation of the order.
