The Water Base is a popular base made of plastic, used for advertising feather flags. This base is recommended for use primarily on the outside of buildings. Without any filling it weighs about 1,6 kg, while after filling with water an additional 20 kg of load is obtained. It will keep in place feather flags exposed to wind of low and moderate intensity. Water base is equipped with a convenient handle and a plastic rotator in which the flag pole is inserted, and then tightened to ensure stability.
When using the water base, remember that the freezing water increases its volume. With the possibility of negative temperatures, the base can be filled with sand instead of water to avoid damaging the base.
